Before your intake session, you’ll complete in-depth forms that I will review before we meet. I offer a HIPAA compliant, online, service to process paperwork, billing, video conferencing, and reminders.
We can meet via phone, video conferencing, or at my office, in person. This appointment is 90 minutes exploring the details of your health, concerns, and goals.
We will decide the first steps needed to reach your health goals, and give you the confidence and support you need to begin your very own healthful crusade!
I will teach you what food to eat and why to eat it, where to find it, how to cook it so your family will eat it and you will enjoy it. I consider healthy substitutions for SAD (standard american diet) favorites a challenge. I usually can come up with something as good or better.
Chemical exposure hormone disruption is everywhere! I have resources for healthy beauty products, and household cleaning supplies for purchase and economical recipes to make them yourself.
If you are lucky enough to live near the Upper Valley like we do, please come to my office in White River Junction and join us for our knitting group. Bring a project. Every Wednesday evening from 5:30 to 8:30. Food and Bev to share is always welcome. I can never resist the opportunity to share yet another healthy snack.

All clients require a private intake session except groups of 4 or more. Members of larger groups will certainly benefit from a private intake but it is not required. All clients including members of large groups will have the same benefit of HIPPA compliant communication and paperwork.
